Purposes of Processing & Legal Bases
Purpose 1:
To allow the Company to carry out the processing operations necessary to ensure that the User can access the Website services requested from time to time.

The necessity to fulfil the User’s requests relating to the Website services. Specifically, the User provides data strictly necessary and functional to a pre-contractual or contractual phase.

They will subsequently be removed, except for log files relating to your name, contact information, date and subject of your requests.The Website also allows access to reserved services, subject to registration, such as the supplier accreditation portal or the job application portal.Users wishing to access these additional services offered by the LRS Group will be required to register only the first time, with login data automatically saved for subsequent access. In this case, by providing a set of Personal Data, the User authorises the LRS Group to authenticate and verify the legitimacy of access at various authorisation levels of the reserved areas.
Specific privacy notices are available during registration on such portals.The processing of special categories of data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the Regulation is expressly excluded.
Log Files
As with most websites, the Company automatically collects non-personal identification information and stores it in log files.
This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamp and clickstream data.This information — which does not allow the identification of users — is used for the analysis of trends, administration of the Website, and the collection of demographic data about our users as a whole.
